Hanoi

Upon arrival, welcome by the local guide at Hanoi airport and check-in at the hotel.

In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Then, enjoy an orientation tour of the city including Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and the Old Quarter including the famous silk street.

Hanoi → Halong Bay

After breakfast, travel by road to the majestic Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Along the way, stop at a traditional ceramics factory in Phu Lang Village in Bac Ninh for a short walk along the street lined with varieties of workshops of home-made ceramic products.

Arrive in Halong by midday and board on a junk for a memorable cruise through the mystical Halong Bay. Enjoy a delicious lunch on board and spend the day admiring one of the natural marvels of Vietnam.

Visit islets, caves and if the weather permits, enjoy a swim in the jade waters of the Gulf of Tonkin.

Dinner and overnight on the junk.

Halong Bay → Hanoi

After breakfast, the cruise resumes its course, navigating between the karts, some of which display extraordinary shapes. The cruise ends at around 11 am, then drive back to Hanoi.

On the way, stop to visit But Thap Pagoda, one of the finest pagodas in the country's north.

In the early evening, enjoy a water puppet show, featuring sketches about the daily life and beliefs of the rural people.

Hanoi → Hue

After breakfast, transfer to Hanoi airport for the morning flight to Hue. Upon arrival, welcome by the local guide, transfer and check-in at hotel.

In the afternoon, explore Hue, the ancient capital of Vietnam, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO - a great sprawling complex of temples, pavilions, moats, walls, gates, shops, museums and galleries, featuring art and costumes from various periods of Vietnamese history. Then visit the Celestial Lady pagoda, one of the most venerated sites in the city of Hue.

The day ends with an enchanting cruise on the famous Perfumes River.

Hue → Danang → Hoi An

After breakfast, visit the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang and the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc. Together, they form a huge park where the beauty of nature is everywhere.

Then, depart to Danang via the Hai Van Pass. On arrival, visit the Cham Archaeological Museum with an extremely rich collection, tracing the history of this lost civilization.

Then, resume the journey to the port town of Hoi An, recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Hoi An

After breakfast, visit the famous Old Quarter of Hoi An. Walk around Hoi An ancient town and explore its treasures. The buildings and street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site. Then, visit a lantern making cottage and learn how to make one.

In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion by boat on the Thu Bon River with a stop, along the way, at a traditional ceramic and carpentry village.

The rest of the day is at leisure.

Hoi An → Quy Nhon

After an early breakfast, drive to Quy Nhon, with its origin stretching back to the 11th century, when it was founded by the Cham people of ancient Vietnam. It is one of Vietnam’s most active seaports.

On the way, stop at Tam Ky to visit Chien Dan Tower, a group of three towers built in the 11th century and dedicated to three deities of the Champa Kingdom: Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma.

Near Qui Nhon, visit Banh It Silver Towers and enjoy the panoramic view of the countryside. Arrive in Qui Nhon, check-in at the hotel before discovering the city and Thap Doe Towers.

Quy Nhon → Nha Trang

After breakfast, drive to Nha Trang, a charming seaside town on the coast of the South China Sea. Along the way, stop at the beautiful Dai Lanh Beach where one can watch the fishing boats in the bay.

On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Then, explore the city of Nha Trang and visit the Po Nagar Cham Temple Tower, Hon Chong Rocks (consists of massive rocks lying on top of one another) and Dam Market.

Nha Trang → Da Lat

After breakfast, depart by the new road to the cool hill station of Da Lat. Upon arrival, discover the Tuyen Lam Lake and Truc Lam Pagoda.

In the afternoon, visit the Lat Minority Village, a chance to observe its customs and traditions and see their handicrafts.

The day ends with the visit of the XQ Folk Village and a cup of traditional tea.
