Bangkok

Upon arrival at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport, your guide will come to meet you up and transfer you to hotel.

Sights of the city with massage

This half day experience has you traveling through the bustling Bangkok streets to visit two of the city’s most famous temples: Wat Traimit, which houses a huge five-ton solid Gold Buddha, and Wat Pho, which houses the enormous reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings. The highlight for most people visiting Wat Pho is often the Reclining Buddha. 15 meters tall and 46 meters long, it is so large it feels like it has been squeezed into the building. The Buddha's feet are 5 meters long and exquisitely decorated in mother-of-pearl illustrations of auspicious 'lakshanas'.

Wat Pho is also the spiritual home of traditional therapeutic Thai Massage. Ideally on an empty stomach, and after visiting the Buddha, you will enjoy a 60 minutes Thai massage with herbs in Wat Pho which will envelop you in a haven of calm and leave you feeling wonderful and truly relaxed.

Progressive dinner - Dining & Walk

With clusters of amazing venues within walking distance, we have selected premium dining & drinking venues that epitomize the zeitgeist of local and international cuisine, taking out all the guesswork and combining traditional and contemporary approaches. This is the perfect experience for those with only a limited time in Bangkok. If you're looking to experience some of the best local and international flavors in the City of Angels, then this experience should not be missed.

The trip will start at Sirocco Rooftop Bar, located on the 63rd floor of Tower Club at Lebua Hotel, part of The Dome collection of restaurants and bars –including Distil, Sky Bar, and Breeze– for which the hotel is rightly famous. Whet your appetite with a refreshing aperitif at a rooftop bar before moving on the next nearby chic venue and a delectable set Thai menu. Top off the evening with a tasty nightcap at the trendy new nightspot or satisfy your sweet tooth with a dessert on the streets of China town.

Full day market madness

After breakfast, catch a glimpse at Bangkok’s busiest fresh seafood market. Mahachai market is one of Thailand's largest traditional fresh seafood markets, located in an old railroad station at the delta of the Gulf of Thailand. Discover handicrafts such as wicker furniture, pottery and local sarongs amongst the colorful offerings as well of course, the biggest supply of fresh seafood.

Continue driving south towards Damnoen Saduak floating market. This vibrant market features numerous small boats laden with colorful fruits and vegetables, paddled by Thai women who are often wearing the traditional bamboo hats. Almost always crowded and with hundreds of vendors, purchasers and tourists, the best way to experience the atmosphere of the market is to board a boat and make your way through the small canals to buy fresh produce from the vendors. This is the only place to see the traditional way of selling and buying goods in Thailand.

Return to Bangkok in the late afternoon. Lunch at local restaurant.
