Organic farm cooking class

After breakfast, share cooking secrets in a family environment with a well-known local chef. Over the course of years as a trekking guide, Chef Sawat observed that travelers were interested in preparing food with him. His passion for cooking and continuous feedback from travelers on his cooking talents inspired him to set up an organic farmhouse where he takes care of a spacious garden full of Thai herbs and tropical fruits.

At the chef’s farm home, you will visit his organic garden, pick some fresh herbs and continue with a hands-on cooking experience where you will experience how to pound curry paste and how to make authentic Thai curry. Create a dessert with the fruits you picked right from the trees. Enjoy the reward of your efforts for lunchAfter that, you learn how to cook more dishes before returning to the hotel.

Paradise cruise and dinner on boat

In the early evening, cruise down the Ping River in Chiang Mai on the unique scorpion tailed boat with Ratilanna Boat Creations. The legend of a uniquely northern-style boat began approximately in the 18th century. This new boat was built with ancient Lanna techniques by a local shipbuilder. The scorpion-tailed boats were used for royal processions and after that served as shipping vessels between the northern region and Bangkok.

Today Chiang Mai's unique boats have been brought back to serve for the tourists. You can enjoy this fantastic experience with luxurious meal or snack on the boat while cruising along the Ping River. In the evening, enjoy your favorite drink and appetizer on the boat and romantic private dinner at the Riverside Lawn including a nice bouquet, and a bottle of wine.
