What travelers say

Having recently concluded our stay in Egypt and already recovered from our hectic schedule, we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your services. We were treated with great care and we can honestly say we had one of our best trips ever. We would also like to extend a special thanks to our guide Hanni, he was very professional, friendly and transmitted what he wanted to say perfectly as well as offering his help whenever needed.

I just wanted to thank you for the great care provided during our entire trip. Our guide Tarek was fantastic and the personnel that welcomed us and dismissed us at the airport were always very attentive and friendly. It was a very special trip and have returned delighted to our country.

I have just returned from my trip to Egypt, 4 nights in the Nile + 3 nights in Cairo, and I would like to congratulate you for a magnificent trip in general. Ramon, the representative was very professional and treated us excellently. However we would like to dedicate a few extra words to our guide Salah who was amazing, without him our trip would have not been the same. Please from my behalf (and the 17 other members of our group) congratulate him on a job well done. We hope that he keeps on transmitting his knowledge of the Egyptian culture to as many tourists as possible.

We loved him and we just wanted to transmit our feelings to the company.

I want to congratulate your company for the excellent services my wife and I received in the tour we took last April. Great organization, attention and variety (we would give it an optimum rating), but we would like to highlight 1 issue, as you may know 80% of the success of a trip relies on the efficiency of the guide. Mr. Mahmoud Ramzy not only complies with that premise, but also adds a superlative understanding of the Egyptian culture, great sense of humour, sensitivity, personality to manage the group and last but not least, academic expertise that stands out above all other guides Ive had in my life. And believe me I have had many; I am 68 years old and have been travelling for over 30 years.

Therefore, I again would like to congratulate your company and its managers for having the ability to find people like Mr. Ramzy. I would like that this recognition be made public among all the staff in your company as an example to follow.

Just got back from our trip to Cairo and wanted to extend to you our extreme gratitude for what me and my wife definitely consider to be one of the best trips we have ever had. You really do not know how grateful we are for all the attention we received from all the people working in your company that were always available and helped us in anything we needed. Special thank to our guide Khaled that was really amazing the amount of knowledge he had and how well he transmitted it to our entire group.
