Arrival at the airport. You will be welcomed by your driver and transferred to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure

In the evening you will be welcomed with a dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. House of Jasmines' La Table recreates the style of the native kitchen and reveals the regional secrets recreating homemade dishes with traditional meats like lamb, cabrito (mutton), and the renowned Argentinean asado, accompanied by vegetables, herbs and produce specifically grown in the House of Jasmines garden. The flavors, aromas and colors of this land blend together in tamales and humitas, enjoyed in an atmosphere decorated with traditional colors and the impressive views of the Andes, making this an unforgettable flavor experience.

Through a window it is possible to peek into the kitchen and see the fires, the clay oven and the chef's equipment in action as he is preparing exquisite dishes. Winter inspires long informal conversations around the fireplace, and in summer evenings, the balcony of La Table showcases a star-filled sky and enormous mountains on the background.
